Cross in Wildflowers (from the series: Bad Trip – Sad Trip)
The creative side of being an artist is really great, exploring the potential of the medium and your inner thougths and then seeing the results on paper or what every you final output is. In comparison, file maintenance and making sure your documentation and back-ups are in order is boring. Needs to be done, like cleaning out the trash bins once a week. But boring nevertheless.
That is kinda of where I am with this series; I have the bulk of the intial series complete, I’ve anguished over the composition, the texture, the degree of clarity in image (the diffusion is gone) and have gone back and forth over the titles. Now I have to finish some more title changes, and do all of the digital file maintenance and backups. All saying about paperwork; jobs not done until the paperworks done.
So that is what I will be doing tonight, file maintenance. oh hum.
Best regards, Doug

Yep. That’s the not so glamorous side of running a business! :-) I’m enjoying the series.
