Tired Bones
…Last night I attended the artist reception at the Irvine Fine Arts Center for our group exhibit, nice show and good turnout, including my local family & friends. I had a taped interviewed for the City of Irvine public tv, which was totally unexpected. Most of the awards went to very large color contempary landscape images, except Ellen, a friend of mine from the Photographers Exchange did get recoginized for her collage of images and words. She also sold the piece before the reception was finished. My juried image of Tired Bones looked very nice. I also like Frank’s image of vollyball/dance, very humerous, as well as Jan’s construction landscape image within an image, one that you can spend a lot of time looking at. Nice.
