Artist Books as Art Objects

After a little back and forth discussion, my Medium Photo 2020 lecture next month in San Diego has been a bit better defined; Artist Books as Art Objects. This popular lecture will be a variation on previous artist book talks that I have been providing. Likewise, I will bring a diverse set to artist book examples to discuss, many of which are not available in the United States (and most are out of print as well).

I am expecting that similar to my past presentations, this lecture will probably have a protracted and very interactive Q&A period with the artist, photographers and book collectors who attend. Btw, did I mention that during my workshop we will be producing a very limited artist book that each attendee will take away?

My Medium Photo one-evening lecture will occur March 20th, from 7:30 – 9pm at the You Belong Here artist venue, located at 3619 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, California 92104.
