A little botanical zen composition that I saw during my morning walk today…nice moment to watch the water flow past this point.
This was a follow-up canyon wilderness walk that I completed late last week.
Post surgery and able to actually walk down into the adjacent O’Neill wilderness park without incurring any post-walk complications. The walk out of this particular part of the canyon includes a much steep incline, a wonderful challenge to my out-of-shape legs and still limited stamina. Also able to metabolically reduce the amount of anesthesia drugs still plaguing me (yes, I broke out in a sweat. LoL); win-win.
