Over the last couple of months while I have been working on the publication of my next photobook, I have also found myself taking singular images. In taking this photograph I am not really working on a project per se, which for the past couple of years has been my normal routine. I am photographing things of interest to me.
This photograph is a case in point, something interesting I observed while attending Ella’s birthday dinner at a local restaurant. I think that is a bit more intriguing and mysterious at night than if I photographed this same place & event in the daylight.
